Launch support is email-only during the local-first, Flow-first phase.
Contact
Email aledevtests@gmail.com with a short description of the issue, what you expected to happen, and whether the problem happened on a supported Flow project tab.
Useful attachments
- `run-summary.txt` or `run-summary.json` for outcome details.
- `run-log.txt` when a prompt failed or stopped unexpectedly.
- `retry-prompts.txt` only if you want support to review which prompts were affected.
Privacy reminder
Prompt text and detailed logs stay local by default. Share exported files only if you want them reviewed for troubleshooting.
